Enrollee Advisory Council

We invite you to apply to be on the 2026 Hennepin Health Enrollee Advisory Council.

What does the Enrollee Advisory Council (EAC) do?

As a member of the EAC, you have the chance to provide feedback to us about how we can better serve our members.

As an EAC member, you agree to:

  • Serve on the EAC during 2026. The EAC term begins on May 13, 2026.
  • Attend the three EAC meetings in 2026. Meetings will be in-person at the Health Services Building in downtown Minneapolis (525 Portland Avenue South) on May 13, August 19, and October 14 from 5-7pm.
    • For each meeting, members who attend will receive a $25 gift card and a meal.
    • Hennepin Health can provide you transportation to and from the meetings or pay for your parking.

How to become an EAC candidate

Fully complete the online application form. The application includes:

  • A consent and acknowledgement section. This is you agreeing to disclose your name, your interest in becoming an EAC member, and your statement of interest to other members in case Hennepin Health holds an election.
  • A statement of interest section. This is a short description about your background and the reason you would like to serve on the EAC. You may keep your statement brief.
Submit your online application form by March 16.

Candidate selection process

All members are welcome to apply. Depending on the number of applicants, Hennepin Health reserves the right to limit the applicants to the first 30 members that apply.

If you decide not to become an EAC candidate, we still value your feedback. Our members are at the center of the work we do, and we want to hear from you about what we are doing well and how we can improve. Contact us at 612-596-1036 (800-647-0550), TTY 711 (800-627-3529).

Thank you for considering applying to the Hennepin Health EAC.
