Hennepin Health's real-time claim status check functionality with ConnectCenter is currently disabled while enhancements are being implemented. Batch 276/277 transactions and 270/271 eligibility lookup are unaffected and are functioning normally. Providers with related questions may contact Provider Services at 612-596-1036 (press 2).

One administrator per clinic/care system may enroll by emailing HennepinHealth.ProviderPortal@hennepin.us to request access. Administrators should receive an email response within three business days to start the enrollment process. Once established as the administrator, additional employees can enroll.
