Hennepin Health provides health coverage for Hennepin County adults, families and children who qualify for Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare. We believe that effective community outreach can improve our members’ health and experience. Our outreach team engages members, community partners and providers through many activities. Outreach services

Tabling

You can find us tabling at events in the community. At our table, we have information about Hennepin Health including our benefits, services and wellness incentives. There will be brochures, handouts and other items including translated materials. We can also connect people to county and community resources.

Presentations

We give general presentations about Hennepin Health. We offer presentations to members, eligible members, community partners, MNsure navigators and providers.

Dental events

We have dental events at our Member Service Center several times each year.
