Member Service Center (MSC)

Location

The MSC is located in downtown Minneapolis at 525 Portland Avenue on the 8th floor; in the same building as other county health and human services and the Red Door Clinic. 

Hours 

Open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; closed on holidays.

2024 holiday closures:

• New Year's Day - Monday, January 1
• Memorial Day - Monday, May 27
• Juneteenth - Wednesday, June 19
• Independence Day - Thursday, July 4
• Labor Day - Monday, September 2
• Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 28 and Friday, November 29
• Christmas - Tuesday, December 24 and Wednesday, December 25

Stop in to:

• Get help to find a doctor, clinic or dentist or to make an appointment. 
• Pick up or reload a bus/rail pass. 
• Get help with reward vouchers. 
• Ask questions about your member or health plan benefits.
• Get help with health insurance billings.
• Use a private room to make a phone call or meet with your care team. 
• Use the on-site computers to look up health info or bus/rail maps and fares.
• Gather community or county materials and get information about programs like WIC, SNAP and other services.
