Hennepin Health discontinues eApply on January 1, 2024

Hennepin Health discontinuing eApply beginning January 1, 2024.

  • Hennepin Health’s provider data registration portal, called eApply, which providers currently use to request to contract or register as a non-contracted provider, is being discontinued starting January 1, 2024. This is not the same as the provider portal with Change Healthcare’s ConnectCenter and will not impact provider portal access. 
  • Online instructions for providers looking to contract have been updated and can be found at hennepinhealth.org/providers/contract-registration.

Background

Hennepin Health is discontinuing the provider data registration portal, also known as eApply, beginning January 1, 2024. This is not the same as the provider portal with Change Healthcare’s ConnectCenter used for verifying eligibility and claims and will not impact provider portal access. Applications received via eApply before January 1, 2024 will still be processed.

Updated instructions on how providers can request to contract, as well as how to register as a contracted or credentialed provider, can be found on the Hennepin Health website at hennepinhealth.org/providers/contract-registration.
