Hennepin Health made updates to prior authorization requirements starting January 1, 2024. A summary of these updates follows.
1. Hennepin Health added a few codes under the “CAR T-cell Therapy” section. • Q2043 • Q2055 • Q2056 2. Hennepin Health added four additional medications requiring prior authorization effective January 1, 2024 under the “Injections/drugs administered in a physician office/clinic outpatient setting” section.
