Preprocessing claim rejections 32027 and 32023: Providers may resubmit claims

Some providers may need to resubmit claims. Providers who received a claims submission rejection message with numbers 32027 or 32023 between June 11, 2025, and July 31, 2025, may resubmit the claim.

Rejection numbers 32027 and 32023 have the following messages: 

• “32027: Member is not eligible on the date of service.” 
• “32023: The combination of member ID, DOB, and member name did not match to an eligible member in the database.”
