Change Healthcare Experiencing Cybersecurity Issue

Hennepin Health is monitoring the impact of the Change Healthcare cybersecurity issue and will continue to provide updates on the Provider Updates webpage as the situation evolves.  Currently, the impact is to all 837 electronic medical claims transactions submitted through Change Healthcare, which is impacting Hennepin Health’s ability to receive and process claims submitted since the start of the incident. Hennepin Health is also unable to send 835 payment remittance advices to providers at this time.

Additionally, all 270/271 eligibility verifications and the ConnectCenter Provider Portal are unavailable. Providers may utilize DHS MN-ITS and the Hennepin Health call center to verify member eligibility.
