Eligible members who need assistance can get transportation to and from health-care appointments. Because each member has certain needs, call us and we will get you the right transportation option.
You can get a ride for:
Schedule a ride 3 days before your appointment. (Same-day rides can be made for urgent or emergency appointments that are medically necessary.)

Before you call, please have the following ready to tell us:
Many members will take public transportation. You can request a single, 10-ride or monthly pass. Members who request a monthly pass may be asked for additional information about their appointments.
Call or stop in to the Member Service Center (525 Portland Avenue, 8th floor):
Members with mobility or reduced fare cards: call Metro Transit at 612-373-3333 to replace your card or to get a new card.
Visit http://www.metrotransit.org/ for bus and rail schedules. Use their online chat to get answers about fares, where to find park and ride lots, or which bus or train to take.
